Visa Support Letters

Thank you for your interest in attending the 2026 Annual Meeting. ISPE provides, at no charge, conference invitation letters. To receive a letter of invitation, we require an individual to first register and pay for the meeting.

At the bottom of each registrant's confirmation email, there is a link you can click to create your own Visa Invitation letter. If you need a letter of invitation prior to registering, please visit this section of the website for more information.

Once registered, please complete this online form to submit a letter request.

You must provide all information requested and you must be registered for the meeting before submitting a request. You will be sent a confirmation email to acknowledge your request. 

Letters can take up to two (2) weeks to process. Please only contact us if you do not receive your letter within the two-week processing time. Thank you.

Important Travel Information:

Starting in late 2026, most travelers from visa-exempt countries will need ETIAS approval before entering EU countries in the Schengen Area.

Who needs an ETIAS?
The ETIAS applies to travelers from visa-exempt countries, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, and many others. If you previously entered Europe without a visa, you will now need an ETIAS.
