* The JSPE registration rate is available only to individuals who hold simultaneous membership with the Japanese Society for Pharmacoepidemiology and the International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology.
** The Special registration price is available only to individuals who are citizens of, and currently live in a country classified as High, Medium or Low Human Development as identified by the United Nations (Source: Inequality-adjusted Human Development Index (IHDI)). If registering online, it is not necessary to self-select the Special rate. The system will automatically determine eligibility and apply the discounted price where applicable.
*** The Student/Early Researcher registration rate requires proof of registration as a part time or full time registrant in a degree-seeking academic program; or, proof of recent graduation from a degree-granting academic program, within three (3) years of the membership expiration date (December 31) of the renewal year.

Registration to 2026 ISPE Annual Meeting grants the registrant, free of charge, ISPE membership for calendar year 2027. The membership is applied to the registrant's record upon conclusion of the conference (usually by October 1) and is effective from January 1, 2027.
Some exclusions apply. Complimentary membership is not included with the following registrations:

Event Terms and Conditions
Our Event Terms & Conditions apply to all ISPE events and before you can complete your registration you must acknowledge and accept them. Should you not wish to accept the Event Terms & Conditions you should not register. Submission of a registration is regarded as your acceptance of these Event Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations, in writing, are permitted up to and including July 31, 2026, less a USD 100 cancellation fee; students may request a reduced cancellation fee of USD 40. After August 10, In-Person registrations may be converted to the Virtual package and the difference in fees refunded without a cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellation of Virtual registrations after July 31.
Refunds will be issued AFTER the meeting in U.S. dollars (USD) via the original method of payment whenever possible. Registration fees for cancelled registrations cannot be applied to future ISPE meetings. No refunds of any kind are offered for registrants who do not cancel prior to the start of the conference and who do not attend.

Mail or Fax Registration Form
Online registration is the only means of registering for the ISPE Annual Meeting. ISPE no longer accepts registration via mail or fax.
